What to expect

  • As a foreman (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring the careful implementation of all construction measures together with the construction management.
  • You coordinate and inspect subcontractor trades.
  • You are responsible for conducting acceptance and defect rectification for subcontractor trades.
  • Your responsibilities also include planning and managing the overall personnel, equipment, and material usage on the construction site.
  • Additionally, you ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Your foundation

  • You have completed training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) or master (m/f/d).
  • You have professional experience as a foreman (m/f/d) in civil and road construction.
  • You have good knowledge of current occupational and environmental protection guidelines.
  • You have previous experience in supervising and leading skilled personnel as well as managing subcontractors.
  • You demonstrate a selfsufficient, goaloriented, and economically driven work style.
