    Description

    At **ProMedica**, we are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a **Wellness Services Provider**. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and evaluating quality wellness services, with a focus on nutritional services, to enhance the health and well-being of individuals in both worksites and the communities we serve.


    ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality wellness nutritional services, such as lectures, demonstrations, lunch and learns, and media presentations
    • Design and implement program/service evaluation tools
    • Review program evaluations and adjust services accordingly
    • Offer wellness counseling and patient instructions based on health risk assessments and biometric screenings
    • Investigate and support the implementation of best practices in nutritional wellness
    • Act as a wellness role model by engaging in employee wellness program activities and showcasing positive health behaviors
    • Provide wellness coaching and other assigned job duties

    Education:
    A Bachelor's Degree is required

    Skills:
    Certification in CPR and First Aid, Proficient in public speaking, Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point

    Years of Experience:
    Preference for at least one year of experience

    License:
    Must be licensed in the State of Ohio and hold National Registration
