Your responsibilities include:

implementing a needs
based, participant
oriented program on behalf of the respective program area management

- working in the pedagogical management team by focusing on the adult education center, including interdisciplinary cooperation between the individual program areas
- participating in area-specific public relations work
- conflict management for the program area with participants and course instructors
- advising participants
- handling financial matters for third-party projects and external measures
- responsibility for acquiring suitable premises for educational offerings at the adult education center
- coordinating and cooperating with other adult education centers
