Zing Recruiting is partnered with the lighting division of a global manufacturer in the Kenosha/Zion area in seeking an experience Electrical Engineer to join the engineering team. The Electrical Engineer will play a key role in the development, support, and coordination of new projects for Solid-State Lighting. **Pay is Commensurate with Experience**

Responsibilities:

Develop new products including design, cost, performance, and schedule.
Design PCBs for lighting products.
Identify and support Research and Development projects.
Participate in cost reduction projects applicable to department and projects.
Technical Resource for the purchasing team.
Assist with training junior engineers to develop the full team.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable subject Required.
2+ years in an Electrical Engineering Role.
Working knowledge of PCB Design software
