These are your diverse tasks:

• You monitor and support complex language communication systems, including peripheral systems such as call centers, alarm systems, billing and CTI servers.
• You integrate communication solutions according to the customer's needs and develop them collaboratively with the team.
• You are responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, and provision of virtual and traditional TK system solutions, including peripheral systems.
• You monitor error and system messages, analyze and track them.
• You configure for quality/capacity and error monitoring.
• You provide remote product deployment and troubleshooting in 1st level support, as well as act as a liaison to other departments.

Your qualifications:

• Technician/master in telecommunications technology or IT system electronics with a specialization in communication technology and professional experience.
• Knowledge of data and telecommunications networks and their standards, architectures/protocols (IPv4/6, SIP, etc.).
