Full time
Description
Join our SWARCO Traffic Systems team at our location in Kiel, Germany starting in 2024. This is a full-time, temporary position.

Your responsibilities will include rotating through all technical departments (development, production, traffic engineering, and technical services) to gain knowledge of our products and their functions.

The basic training (1 1/2 years until the intermediate exam) will take place at our partner institution, the Technical Academy North in Kiel.

At our location, we plan, build, and program systems for traffic lights.

You will assist in the installation of new systems, as well as support maintenance, reconstruction, and repairs on site - these are the main focuses of your training.

To be considered, you should have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate (with good grades in mathematics and physics), as well as a secure B2 level of proficiency in German.

You should have a passion for electronics and possess technical understanding, caution, diligence, and organizational skills. Your manual dexterity, sensitivity, and good hand-eye coordination are also important qualities.

If you have realized that university studies are too dry for you and you are missing the practical aspect, we offer attractive alternatives to the traditional university degree.

With our dual study programs and apprenticeships, you can make a fresh start from your previous studies.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy working with friendly and team-oriented colleagues in a pleasant company culture.

We will cover the costs of necessary work clothing
