The forensic-psychiatric outpatient clinic is connected to the open therapy area. Aftercare at the Vitos Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry Kurhessen is divided into several phases.

The forensic outpatient clinic takes over the treatment and support of patients during the transition from the open therapy area to the phase of long-term stress testing.

After the (conditional) discharge of patients from the forensic detention, treatment and support will continue in accordance with the judicial instruction in the suspension decision.

We are currently looking for a full-time nursing professional for the forensic outpatient clinic (m/f/d).

Your tasks include:

Visiting patients in their living and working environment
Risk assessment, creation of risk forecasts and risk management
Crisis interventions
Counseling on social matters
Family counseling
Coordination tasks
Cooperation talks with complementary institutions and counseling of professional caregivers on site, such as therapists, forensic advisors
Professional relationship building

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a health and nursing professional, nurse or similar
Commitment, teamwork and organizational skills in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team, combined with a high level of professional and social competence
Professionalism and empathy
Willingness to participate in further training and education
Class 3 driver's license
