We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our clients. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Specialist will also collaborate closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timelines.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and targets on a consistent basis.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance the customer service experience.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications and software, including MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
Working hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
