    Real Estate Agent on the Top Resale Team at Douglas Elliman Earn Six Figures on Manhattan's #1 Residential Team Looking for unrestricted upside?     Our team is a well-oiled machine designed to nurture your growth and provide you with the tools needed to find success in any market Responsibilities:


    • Respond to and nurture leads
    • Coaching and Training Provided
    • Host open houses
    • On-call Sunday to Friday
    • Helping other team members as needed
    • Follow up
    • Call the team's database
    • Show and close
    • Training and priceless expertise Qualifications:

    • Must Have a New York State Real Estate License

    • Must be willing to do outbound
      Phone calls to our leads. Cannot be afraid of the phone
    • Speed to lead is a critical component of the team's success

    • At least 2 years of real estate sales experience in New York City
    • Must be available to our clients on weekends
    • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
    • Must be responsive and able to work in a real-time environment
    • Enterprising spirit
    • Thrive in an accountability-focused environment
    • Be coachable
    • Focus is a key criteria
    • Full-time only
    • Must be open-minded and open to training Compensation: $200,000+ at plan commission
