About us

Our Carpenter Helpers are detail-oriented, excellent at team work, able to work with little to no supervision, and have great communication and time management skills.

They must have experience in the construction industry or similar trade.

Help bring in tools to the job site
Help set wall cabinets/hold in place to secure to the wall
Help make chalk lines/level
Help remove doors off cabinets before hanging
Help install products
Put doors back on shelves/cabinets after install
Put hardware on cabinets/product
Clean up cabinets after install
Cut materials (based on skill/experience)
Help load and unload trucks
Move materials and help hold materials
Help set wall panels

Qualifications

Preferred 3 years experience in carpentry/construction or similar
Ability to lift and move 5075lbs
Reliable means of transportation
Ability to pass a drug test and security background screen
Able to work overtime as needed

Preferred

Clean driving record & Valid Driver's License

Work Location

Employees must be able to commute to the company building at 1654 Robin Circle Forest Hill, MD 21050
Helpers/Laborers ride along with the Carpenter lead or meet them at the jobsite
Employees must be willing and able to travel to and from the company building and jobsites if a company van is not available
