Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their beloved pets.

We are a small animal general practice that also offers, grooming, daycare, boarding, and training services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our clinic.

Duties:
Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar (we use Impromed)
Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
Assist with checkin and checkout procedures, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
Provide basic information on veterinary services, procedures, and products
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
