What You'll Do

  • Ordering, managing, and billing internet connections and mobile phone contracts
  • Coordinating and clarifying questions from internal and external stakeholders
  • Invoice verification and post-processing of invoice data
  • Negotiating framework contracts in collaboration with our technical purchasing department
  • Documenting contracts and contract contents
  • Conducting cost controls and controlling tasks
  • Supporting the implementation of projects

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial training or comparable studies
  • Several years of professional experience in this or a similar position
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications technologies and network technology is an advantage
  • Analytical skills and experience in data analysis
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • Knowledge of MS365 and Jira is desirable
