    With 200+ clients currently in APAC, the USA, and Europe, our SaaS platform powers mass volunteer programs within not-for-profits (NFP), local governments, universities, sporting organizations and events.

    Our product enables those organizations to better recruit, engage and retain their volunteers and workforce.

    Rosterfy's software is used to manage volunteers at global events such as The Super Bowl (x7) and the FIFA World Cup, as well as organizations such as St Vincent de Paul, British Heart Foundation, and Lifeline Australia.

    With our HQ based in Melbourne and teams in Sydney, Dallas, New York and London we are passionate and driven to make an impact globally.

    The Role

    We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer who will work closely with the Product team to assist with Product Development and Client Technical Support.

    Key Responsibilities
    Developing and testing product features in scheduled software development cycles
    Assist in maintaining live cloud systems (AWS)
    Live and breath code, perfecting code that runs fast and efficient
    Write "clean", well-designed code, reusable, scalable and testable.
    Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
    As part of a Agile team, you will contribute to all the phases of the development lifecycle, by troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining our software solutions
    Comply and support our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System as it applies to your role in the organization
    Required Skills and Experience
    University degree completed in Computer Science or Software Engineering
    5+ years of professional experience with PHP with experience with Laravel, Magento Symfony framework
    Extensive experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs, with a focus on security and best practices for scalable, reusable APIs
    Good knowledge of AWS, including with AWS certifications of associate or professional level
    Good knowledge of web based development; Javascript, React, Vue, etc.
    Good knowledge of SQL, writing efficient and scalable code
    Familiar with Docker, Git and Kubernetes
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    The ability to work well under pressure with a self-starter attitude, able to take initiative
    Strong sense of ownership, as well as communication and time management skills.
    Desirable Skills
    Experience in PHP, Vue, SQL, AWS will be looked upon favorably (our tech stack), as well as working with APIs and integrations and cloud based platforms
    Experience with PhpUnit, test driven development
    Experience writing 3rd party integrations
    experience
    Professional experience, particularly in a SaaS and/or tech startup environment (whether as a Software Developer or not) will be looked upon favorably

    Additional Information

    Location:
    Downtown Brooklyn, New York, USA
    (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office)

    Standard hours are 9am - 5pm, however some meetings may require out of hours either end of the day with customers in Europe or Australia.

    Salary:
    $90,000 - $100,000 pa

    A bonus of $20,000 to be awarded contingent on reaching a tenure milestone of September 2026 in line with key client milestones
