Your role:

  • Implementation of technical and economic objectives for our construction projects in civil and road construction
  • Independent and responsible management and settlement of construction projects in Thuringia and Saxony
  • Personnel management, organization of execution, and ensuring quality
  • Management of contract amendments
  • Resource planning for skilled personnel and modern construction machinery
  • Communication with clients, subcontractors, and other parties involved in the construction project
