    Overview:

    At HHF, BCBAs play a vital role in ensuring top-notch quality and implementation of clinical programs tailored to their patients.

    Competitive Compensation:
    $75,000-$100,000 range, commensurate with experience

    HHF boasts the Great Place to Work Certification for 2021, 2022, and 2023.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and oversee personalized care plans for each patient
    • Perform thorough assessments and reassessments
    • Offer supervision, coaching, and guidance to RBTs
    • Implement and monitor data collection
    • Provide training to parents
    • Maintain positive relationships with families, addressing inquiries promptly
    • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
    • Regularly communicate with the Clinical Director
    • Send weekly updates or facilitate team meetings
    • Ensure treatment integrity checks
    • Adhere to relevant CPT codes

    Qualifications:
    • BCBA Certification from the BACB
    • Fulfill licensing requirements in your state
    • Background in ABA (RBT experience counts for newly certified BCBAs)
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Pass internal competency assessment within 90 days of hiring
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds
    • Capable of physical tasks, including extended periods of various activities
