- Makes recommendations to Site Manager, Clinical Manager, and Director to ensure pharmacy or clinic practice in assigned area is optimized
- Provide direct oversight to staff in defined work group including annual work performance appraisals.
- Leads daily/monthly work group in assigned area as defined by pharmacy leadership team
- Interfaces with outside stakeholders to ensure patient and customer needs are being met
- Provides flexible scheduling coverage and assists in fulfilling staffing and on call requirements in both routine and unforeseen circumstances in accordance with departmental and hospital wide needs.
- Maintains general pharmacy competencies and continuing education as well as competency in specialty role.
- Proactively works with management to foster a culture of patient safety and acts upon and reports safety concerns appropriately and in accordance with hospital policy.
- Three (3) or more years' experience in a hospital pharmacy with a focus operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred

Education:
*B.S or Pharm.
