Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine offerings
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any issues promptly
  • Assist with bussing tables, resetting them for the next guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area

Skills:


  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
  • Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures, including food safety standards
  • Proficiency in coffee service and beverage preparation
  • Familiarity with catering and banquet service is a plus
  • Synchronized banquet service is preferred
