    Reports to: CFO

    Summary:

    Are you ready to join the McCrory Construction team? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of staff accountant. In this position, you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and play a crucial role in our construction projects.

    This is a full-time position based in Columbia, South Carolina.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform AP/AR entry
    • Support payroll and benefits
    • Provide reports and data to project teams
    • Assist operations team with job cost transactions
    • Conduct monthly reconciliations
    • Maintain fixed asset register

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years in accounting or related role
    • Experience with advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    • Ability to manage priorities efficiently
    • Excellent customer service skills
