I have adopted my dog about two months ago and since he arrived, he is afraid of everything. He doesn't move from his bed at home and walks are a nightmare. He is not aggressive, but constantly on alert and unable to do his business. There are days when he trusts me and others when he is scared. I don't know what to do, especially when we are outside of the house.
