We are currently looking for you as a Project Manager for Structural Engineering (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our locations in Berlin or Frankfurt (Main) as soon as possible.


Your tasks:

  • You ensure compliance with technical and environmental standards in the planning and implementation of (new) construction projects through tendering, awarding contracts, and monitoring.
  • You monitor the costeffectiveness of our (new) construction measures and projects and ensure documentation.
  • You lead a wellcoordinated team of experts.
  • You manage and coordinate all construction activities as the client and develop an overview for the management of overall construction projects.
  • You are responsible for creating concepts for technical site development and optimization, as well as integrating user expectations at our locations. You also handle the tendering and awarding of project management and control services and ensure their management and monitoring.
  • You continuously develop qualified tasks and project structures to ensure the implementation of (new) construction measures.
  • You ensure the management of tenders, contract awards, and monitoring of complex site
