Tasks and responsibilities:
- Patient management for rare diseases, home care or outpatient care?
Depending on the department, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Order acceptance (phone, email or fax) and processing in our systems
- Recording and maintaining master data
- Ordering goods and coordinating the supply chain in collaboration with pharmaceutical colleagues, internal services, tour planning and the warehouse
- Billing of prescriptions and orders
- Maintenance and updating of our patient database
