- Input new hires, transfers, and other team member personnel transactions into appropriate HRIS
- Assist with updating HRIS system in accordance with regular upgrades, and special modifications
- Assist management with coordination of HR administration and HRIS projects, as assigned
- Generate standard daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with all corporate, regulatory and compliance requirements
- Generate custom reports, as needed and/or requested
- Assist HRIS Compliance Coordinator with tracking of team members work card and/or employment authorization cards expiration dates; update company records when team member returns work or authorization cards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous analytical HRIS experience, including but not limited to, data input, report writing, position code creation, and system audit preferred
- Efficient using computers, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Previous experience using Cognos B.I. preferred
- Previous in-depth experience using iSeries Infinium system preferred
- Previous experience working in environment with sensitive and/or confidential information
- Ability to effectively communicate in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
