    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

    As a Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for:

    Handling a large caseload of personal injury cases, including but not limited to, car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.

    Managing all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
    Conducting client intake interviews and maintaining regular communication with clients about their case status and legal options.
    Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    Collaborating with legal staff and other attorneys to ensure the best representation for our clients.
    Staying updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.
    Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    Proficient in legal research and writing.
    Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
