Bacik Group is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Federal Aviation Administration Center Operations Technical and Engineering Support contract at the William J.

Hughes Technical Center located near Atlantic City, New Jersey.

The Construction Manager must be proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable building electrical/mechanical/structural condition assessment experience.

Duties include but are but not limited to:

• Perform condition assessments.
• Conduct daily walkthrough surveys of areas and buildings of the Tech Center, as directed.
• Report any Electrical/Mechanical/Structural facilityrelated problems found to the FAA.
• Provide estimates and statements of work related to correcting issues found.
• Submit work requests for problems to the trouble desk and/or FAA personnel.
• Follow up on work requests.
• Provide insight to the FAA as to how to improve facilities.
• Assist with collecting and maintaining inventory data for buildings, equipment, and utility distribution.
• Trouble Desk support.
• Receive trouble calls.
• Properly route requests using Archibus Web Central.
• Receive and manage air shuttle reservations.
• Support with managing the Facilities Master Plan.
• Support software installation and troubleshooting support.
• Submit survey reports.
• Generate Work Request submissions.
• Generate cost estimates
• Generate statements of work.
• Facilitate inventory reviews.
• Support Facility Master Plan updates.
• Lead or participate in meetings and conference calls.
• Work cross functionally with other FAA customers within the Tech Center campus.

Qualifications:

• Structural or Civil Engineering Technician background required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain an FAA Suitability/Public Trust Clearance.

Work Schedule:

• Ability to support 8hour shifts ranging from 6:00am to 5:00pm. 40 hours per week. Weekend and off shift support may be required in rare instances.
• Location: Onsite at the William J. Hughes Technical Center (Atlantic City, NJ Airport)
