Cleveland Clinic's Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute is recognized as one of the top in the country. Join our G90 Urology Surgical Care Unit as a Registered Nurse and become a part of a supportive environment where everyone excels and is valued for what they bring to the team.
On our G90 Urology Surgical Care Unit, you will be caring for adult patients that have a variety of complex diagnoses, as well as our post-operative Urology patients. These patients are recovering from various procedures such as radical nephrectomies and need highly specialized care that you will be equipped to give.
This role has robust orientation training, which includes:
• Clinic and operating room observations.
• One-on-one work with your preceptor.
• Weekly progress meetings.
You choose the schedule that is best for you: Day/Night rotating (every 6 weeks) or straight Nights Our nurses work three 12-hour shifts per week, and rotate every other weekend and every other holiday. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse to care for a diverse set of patients and gain specialized skills and experience in our nationally ranked Urology institute.
