Whether you are just graduating from nursing school or bringing years of experience in a different specialty to a new position at Cleveland Clinic, you will benefit from our residency program. Throughout your residency, you will work with our Success Coach team of dedicated nursing professional development specialists to build off those experiences. They will be always available to you — in person, virtually and through email — to answer questions and help you grow as a caregiver.
On our H81 Complex Care Telemetry Unit, you will be caring for adult patients with complex multi-system failure issues, such as congestive heart failure and sepsis. This unit H81 also has a closed observation pod, where you will be looking after patients who need an extra level of care. Many of our patients also require ongoing cardiac monitoring, so you will be trained in Cardiac Dysrhythmia and EKG interpretation.

In this unit, you will learn, grow and develop:
· Caregivers see a wide variety of cases and diagnoses each shift.

· See the impact you make on patients, as they progress and return home.
· Staff is supported by clinical instructors and clinical nurse specialists, who provide ongoing education.
In this unit, caregivers are part of a strong team:
· Nurses work together to treat patients with a full range of diagnoses.
· Team works cohesively and even gets together after hours.
· People from all over the world travel to receive care here.
