Your responsibilities:
Monitoring the correctness of daily processes through account reconciliations Processing of documents and data, including posting and booking (e.g. incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, credit notes, bank statements, cash receipts, travel expenses)

Review, posting and booking of ongoing business transactions Responsibility for payment runs and processing of payments Reconciliation and preparation of VAT returns and declarations Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB Your profile:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in financial accounting. You are proficient in working with an ERP system, ideally eGECKO. You have a conscientious and structured way of working. You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility, but also in a team. Absolute reliability combined with a sense of responsibility and discretion are a given for you.
