We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities. Preferred experience in management.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist in discharge planning and patient education
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide compassionate patient service and support
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in critical care and utilization management
- Proficiency in discharge planning and managed care
- Ability to work in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of Level II Trauma Center protocols
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
