- Assisting engineers in their daily tasks
- Building and assembling electronic circuit/board prototypes and small series
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic circuits
- Conducting circuit tests, gathering data, preparing test reports
- Supporting tests at customer sites or external labs
- Maintaining electronic component stock for engineering purposes
- Supporting production activities (e.g., part lists, assembly instructions, estimates, orders)
- Participating in ISO 9001 and other standards compliance
- Associate degree or equivalent engineering technology experience
- 5 years of electronics assembly and design support experience
- Proficiency in interpreting procedures, schematics, PCB layouts, drawings, and BOMs
- Essential SMT PCB rework skills
- Experience with electronic test equipment (e.g., DMM, oscilloscopes, function generator, electronic loads)
- Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-610, and MIL testing standards considered a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
