Description

We represent an alternative investments marketplace looking to hire an attorney with 4 plus years of experience focus on contracts and commercial matters. This role will work closely with both our General Counsel and other attorneys within our Legal and Compliance groups.

Responsibilities

Draft and review complex, technology-driven client engagement agreements.

Develop and implement standard client form documentation and leverage contract lifecycle management solutions to improve efficiency and consistency of client and vendor agreements.

Draft and review a variety of general corporate agreements related to human resources, finance, marketing, real estate, facilities, and alternative investments.

Draft and review various contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience within a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a technology or financial services firm, or within a related industry
