I will learn the theory in vocational school and then apply it in real-life situations. Additionally, I will deepen my knowledge in departments such as accounting, marketing, and human resources. I will also assist with incoming leasing inquiries, which will be made easier by my understanding of the different areas within the GRENKE world.

Each department has a specialized trainer who I can turn to for guidance and feedback. I will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects where I can unleash my creativity.

You will support all departments of the headquarters with exciting tasks and processes.
You will gain experience in sales, contract management, legal department, human resources, accounting, marketing, quality management, and various branches of the HUB.
You will receive individual support from qualified trainers.
Feedback discussions at the end of each assignment and regular development talks will allow you to grow and tailor your training to your interests.
