- Design and create visually captivating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other special events.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their wedding and event vision, translating their desires into stunning floral designs that exceed expectations.
- Develop creative concepts and design plans for weddings, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions, ensuring the designs align with the client's theme, budget, and preferences.
- Create captivating floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony backdrops, aisle decorations, and installations, using an extensive range of flowers, foliage, and accessories.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in floral design and incorporate them into your work to maintain a fresh and modern approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the proper care and handling of flowers, tools, and equipment.
- Proven experience as a floral designer, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of various floral arrangements and design techniques, including but not limited to bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and installations.
- Proficiency in selecting and handling a wide range of flowers and foliage, including knowledge of their seasonal availability and care requirements.
- Excellent artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for color combinations, textures, and overall aesthetics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide a team of floral designers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in floral design software and technology is a plus.
