- Lead Media work, innovation, and disruption building Volvo 1st Party Data (1PD) into our National, Ad Group, and Retailer media audiences for retargeting across the tiers, and building look-alike audiences that expand our growth and conquest opportunities.
- Plan and execute Local non-biddable media across Video, Digital, Audio, DOOH, etc.
- Align channels, tiers, biddable media, and local media across Brand, New Car Launches, Product, Used Cars and Aftersales.
- Align media channels, timings, implementation, and media performance reviews.
- Monthly updates into media including offer, incentives, Website URL changes, for media performance optimization.
- Frequent media partner reviews including Joint Business Plan Alpha/Beta, Test & Learns, Added-Value, MArTech/Data developments.
- Expand Digital Media and CRM together into collaborative SFMC campaigns across channels.
- Assist in the development of Data-Lake to Audience Hub APIs to feed Customer Data Platform Like Tech-Stack, and into Marketing Engine flows.
- Continue to build Media needed audience specifications for all Tiers.
- Assure ID Resolutions and use of 1PD data approved with Compliance & Ethics team as Data Privacy Lead.
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to support the above and/or new use cases and document requirements.
- Work with MarTech Team building out the Consumer Data-Spine needed for Marketing Automation, Scaling, and Predictive Modelling.
- Participate in Data-Sharing cross-functional teams with Digital, Compliance, MarTech, etc.
- Work with third-party digital, data, and other vendors as applicable, example Conversion APIs.
- Become the point of reference for Data for Marketing (Media, Creative, CRM) within the company.
- At least 5-8+ years' experience in Marketing and working with Digital Media, Media Agencies, and Media Partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Established relationships with digital media & marketing teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing innovative, digital media plans across Tiers and Channels.
- Experience leading media agency relationships.
- Experience with building sales & marketing plans across all channels.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and balance competing priorities.
- A roll-up your sleeves "get-it-done" mindset.
- Ability to manage high-pressure projects while staying resilient and positive under pressure.
- A passion for Volvo Cars and an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Possess a strategic mindset, creative approach, and proven ability to execute.

- University degree in business or relevant subject such as marketing, communications.
- Automotive experience is ideal.

Job Summary:
You will play a vital role in driving the marketing and digital media transformation of Volvo Cars USA. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Team, MarTech Team, Media Team, Media Agencies, Media Partners, and CRM Team, while shaping and connecting digital marketing to consumers across their journey from brand and product awareness, to shopping considerations, toward purchase conversions.
