    New York, NY Hybrid

    6-Month Contract w. Potential for Extension

    We are seeking a seasoned media leader with expertise in advertising, social media, vendor management, and talent development. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and communication skills, deep understanding of the evolving global media industry, and a track record of leading high-performance teams. This role will support a team that innovates workflows, maintains quality standards, and builds valuable relationships to drive creative delivery initiatives for our streaming client.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the global media leadership team to align on strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
    • Lead a high-performing global team focused on distribution, paid media launch, and security.
    • Develop talent, foster collaboration, and ensure effective communication across regions.
    • Lead the development and implementation of media management solutions, incorporating tooling, User Experience Testing (UAT), and vendor partnerships.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing media operations and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Strategize and implement roadmaps aligned with broader business objectives and manage risk in operations.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems and potential solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
    • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and leadership, aligning on operational targets, budgets, and roadmaps. Own global team budget and reporting.
    • Interpret spec briefing documents to input marketing needs into our creative ordering system (Airtable) for all channels, platforms, and placements.
    • Coordinate asset traffic across various channels including video, audio, digital, device, CTV, OOH, and awareness social.
    • Act as the subject matter expert for the technical requirements of all media specs across channels and platforms.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for post houses, tracking and organizing all media content.
    • Ensure compliance with delivery guidelines for all promotional assets and store final AV and static content in appropriate internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

    Qualifications:

    • degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Production/Film, or related field
    • 4 years experience in media entertainment industry or related field
    • experience in supporting global media operations and executing high-impact media campaigns across multiple countries and platforms.
    • ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, driving alignment towards common goals and objectives.
    • project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to implementation, while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
