Description
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Assistant Account Manager to support our team in managing client advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and social media advertising campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and OTT, Cable and other media platforms.
- Work closely with Senior Account Executives to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Build and manage client reporting decks on Google's Looker Studio Platform.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure content is optimized for each platform, adhering to best practices and platform specifications.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Support Account Executives and Senior Staff in administrative duties and project management, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and OTT.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
- Proficiency in Meta, Microsoft Office/Google Sheets, Looker Studio and management software.
