Insurance Salesperson for Intermediary, Corporate, or Customer Service in the Internal Sales Department

This is your new task

• You handle service-oriented phone calls regarding complex insurance-related customer inquiries and issues in the areas of property, liability, accident, and car insurance.
• You are also responsible for written processing and telephone inquiries about ongoing and completed transactions with high complexity.
• Your talent for customer contact sparks interest in our products and successfully generates leads for our sales team.
• Your participation is needed in various projects and in continuously improving our system landscape.
