The Saxon Inland Ports Elbe GmbH is a handling and logistics company with a wide range of services. The SBO group operates 7 inland ports.

We are currently seeking a full-time Dispatcher (m/f/d) for container traffic at our Riesa location.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dispatching: organizing and managing logistics processes
  • Independent work in the key account area for major customers
  • Purchasing and selling as well as acquisition of logistics services
  • Cost responsibility and billing
  • Customer and solutionoriented approach
  • Acting as a competent contact person for customers

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Completed vocational training as a specialist for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in dispatching, market knowledge in the field of container traffic is an advantage
  • Proficient in using MS Office, first experience with transport management systems is an advantage
  • Diligent, flexible, and independent work style
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Driver's license class B
