As a Front Desk Receptionist at WeKare Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing
exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your primary
responsibility will be to greet patients, visitors, and staff, and provide them with accurate information
and assistance. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the facility, so your friendly and
professional demeanor will create a positive impression.
Responsibilities:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic medical records systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively. Attention to detail and
accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
is a plus. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and handle difficult interactions with
empathy and professionalism.
