Your responsibilities:


  • Support of projects and assistance to project management during the bidding and execution phases, both from a technical and economic perspective
  • Tendering and awarding of planning services
  • Coordination of specialist planners (architecture, structural engineering, building services) and review of planning specifications
  • Managing plan delivery lists (planning of planning)
  • Conducting material selections
  • Participation in schedule planning
  • Preparation of change orders

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in planning coordination or construction management of building projects is an advantage
  • Technical understanding, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities
  • Resultsoriented, responsible, and a team player
  • Mobility, flexibility, and resilience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD programs, and ideally RIB iTWO
