Sonoma State University is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our team. In the first 12 to 18 months, your focus will be on managing 1-2 complex renovation projects in the industrial sector.

This will involve project management, execution planning, material management, coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, customer service, and overall project responsibility.


After this initial period, you will have the opportunity to plan, establish, and lead a new site for our company.

This will involve assembling a team to carry out additional projects, as well as sales and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as a construction or project manager, preferably in the industrial and renovation sector, with a focus on roofing and facade projects.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality, strong initiative, and excellent organizational and planning skills. You should have a good understanding of complex issues and the ability to see the bigger picture.
