We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager / QMB (m/f/d) to join our team at Olivia, PA in a full-time position as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Assurance department
  • Development and implementation of quality objectives
  • Adaptation of the QM system in accordance with national and international standards
  • Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QM processes
  • Creation of QM documentation, QM manual, process descriptions, work instructions, and inspection instructions
  • Conducting trainings on QM system to promote quality
  • Planning and conducting internal and external audits
  • Development and achievement of quality metrics
  • Qualityrelated contract review and feasibility analysis
  • Quality planning and creation of inspection plans
  • Complaint management
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for business purposes
  • Support of sales in qualityrelated matters

Your profile:


  • Completed engineering degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or SFI
  • Further qualification as a quality manager and auditor DGQ or equivalent
  • Knowledge of QM systems according to ISO 9001 and KTA 1401 and environmental management ISO 1400
  • Good to very good English skills
  • Professional experience in the QM department of a manufacturing company, ideally with leadership experience
  • Knowledge in the field of length measurement technology and NDT inspection methods
  • Knowledge of the processes of a welding company (a leading SFI is available inhouse)
