What can you expect?

  • Acting as an extended arm of the project management on the construction site
  • Knowledge of the key contents of project contracts, project schedule, and scope of delivery and services
  • Professional leadership of suppliers and subcontractors on the construction site (authority to give instructions)
  • Continuous maintenance of cost calculations
  • Participation in construction consultations
  • Early identification and reporting of project opportunities and risks to project management (basis for claims management)
  • Coordination of all trades on the construction site and hands-on mentality
  • Liaison with the customer, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors on the construction site
  • Responsible for HSEQ issues on the construction site
  • Ensuring the technical and timely implementation of contractually owed services (quality & penalties)
  • Creating construction site documentation for project management

What should you bring?

  • Technical education or completed technical studies
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Site Manager in plant construction for projects > 100 million euros
  • Ability to analyze requirements and plan accordingly
  • Assertiveness and skill in communication with all stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
