We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven team player to join our team as an Orangetheory Fitness General Manager!

If you have a passion for fitness, changing lives, and leading a team, then this might be the perfect career opportunity for you.

As a General Manager, you will not only be responsible for overseeing the big picture but also paying attention to the smallest details.

We are seeking someone who is approachable, accountable, and excels at motivating a sales team while maintaining a friendly and personable demeanor.

What we are looking for:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly disposition
Passion for health and wellness
Team player mentality

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed key performance sales indicators
Mentor and coach sales staff
Regulate workout traffic and ensure premium customer service
Coordinate studio events and uphold OTF branding
Manage new hire onboarding and scheduling
Drive sales contests and incentive programs
Ensure front desk processes are followed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Coordinate social media initiatives
Develop a high-energy culture
Other duties as needed to support studio operations
