Debt Collector / Collections Specialist (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES (DAY TO DAY):


  • Independent handling of telephone collections
  • Telephone and written reminders, including correspondence
  • Monitoring and processing of overdue customer claims
  • Preparation of invoices and reminders
  • Monitoring of payment receipts (bank statements)
  • Processing of the systemsupported followup system (Onguard)
  • Customer and data maintenance using our inhouse electronic leasing system
  • Processing of general correspondence and filing

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • First professional experience ideally in the field of credit management / collections
  • Experience in telephone customer service / collections
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Good computer skills (Office package)
