One of Vaco's top clients in Southern New Jersey is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager or a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.
We are looking for someone who can improve processes and train staff while being a hands-on Manager that can perform the job with high levels of effectiveness and efficiency.
Any experience with SAP, Concur, and or Cockpit would be a huge plus but not required.We need someone with a keen eye for detail to make sure all vendor invoices are entered in the GL to the correct company, division, and cost center.
We need someone who can oversee the entire AP process for accurate and timely payments along with handling internal and external questions, as well as overseeing credit card programs and month end close reconciliations, accruals, and related journal entries.
This role will also oversee all annual 1099 forms and oversee the filing and reporting of sales tax. There will be interaction with cost center managers to resolve discrepancies and to meet month-end deadlines. This role will be heavily involved with reviewing T&E expenses through Concur and will oversee related postings.This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading specialized manufacturing and distribution company that has a global presence and is growing rapidly year over year.
