Your tasks

Professional support and advice for customers in the service area
Processing of banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account openings
Receiving and processing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns
Ensuring a smooth process in the customer service area and compliance with internal bank guidelines and processes
