Description


The HR Department is in need of assistance working through backlog of filing and scanning to ensure consistency in hard file and soft file systems.

Role has possibility of extending beyond current end date.


Here is a brief description of the responsibilities, so the person needs to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with electronic maintenance.


The HR Department is in need of assistance working through backlog of filing and scanning to ensure consistency in hard file and soft file systems.

This position would be charged with organizing files in the office filing cabinets to ensure that records are maintained consistently and checking hard files against existing soft files to ensure completeness in both locations.

In addition, this position would be responsible for organizing documents in soft file system for proper storage - i.e. ensuring that all electronic records in SharePoint are filed consistently with department practices.


Required / Desired Skills:

Prior experience navigate SharePoint, create and file documents per client guidelines.

Highly organized, detail oriented

HR related work experience

Degree in related field of study
