Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled small Machine Operator to join our team. This is a full time, salaried position, requiring travel within the United States. Prefer someone who resides in VA.


Responsibilities:

• Adept as using a Bobcat or Takeuchi skid steer, tractor and harrow, water truck, forklift, laser grading equipment, etc.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Maintain and use relevant apps on smart phone to stay connected with calendar information and project specifics
• Travel with a crew on a regular basis within the United States for projects lasting 14 weeks at a time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively
• CDL certification is a plus
