    Description

    Our client, a leading healthcare insurance provider, is looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer for a 6+ months contract-to-hire position in Philadelphia, PA (local candidates only, must be onsite Tues-Thurs). W2 only.

    Key Technologies: Azure, Microsoft 365, Terraform

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and deploy Azure architectures and environments.
    • Support the development of cloud-native applications.
    • Utilize automation tools like Terraform for improved efficiency.
    • Implement Azure SSO integrations and Active Directory.
    • Work on Azure features such as guest tenant access packages and MFA support.
    • Manage PIM (Privileged Identity Management) and RBAC assignments.
    • Creation and upkeep of cloud architecture diagrams.
    • Daily management of Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Ensure compliance with best practices and support procedures.
    • Enhance on-premises policies to Azure deployments.
    • Implement security solutions and technologies.
    • Perform control and compliance validation activities.
    • Monitor, configure, and report on cloud functions.
    • Provide after-hours support for Production Releases.
    • Act as a technical Azure cloud expert.
    • Assist with escalated help desk requests via Service Now.
    • Manage Intune policies for Device/User Affinity and Mobile Application Management.

    Qualifications:
    • At least three years of experience in Azure environment design and expansion.
    • Minimum 2 years of IAM solutions configuration and implementation experience.
    • Proficiency in preparing presentations, reports, and program status updates.
    • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in team environments.
    • Background in Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
    • Familiarity with Encryption, Logging, and Security Protocols.
    • Scripting expertise and development skills.
    • Experience in system security, audit evidence provision, and standards compliance.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with leadership.
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Equivalent experience and training will also be considered.
