    Join our team as a Market Expansion Real Estate Sales Agent! We are growing our presence beyond the Twin Cities Metro region and need a driven agent to spearhead the development of a new market expansion. We are seeking a Team Agent who completes an average of 10 real estate transactions per year to assist us in the Monticello, Big Lake, Elk River, and St. Michael areas. Our goal is to equip our agents with proven systems that guarantee success. Be part of a personalized marketing strategy crafted specifically for you to cater to Buyers and Sellers in this region. Additionally, any additional agents joining the market will be under your guidance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruit Junior Agents to strengthen the market area (typically 2-3 agents)
    • Guide and mentor Junior Agents within the Expansion Market
    • Consult with clients to understand their home requirements, fulfill their needs, and facilitate home sales
    • Demonstrate local expertise to address inquiries about potential houses and the neighborhood
    • Deliver exceptional service and advice to build client relationships and drive repeat and referral business
    • Follow up with leads to boost sales


    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a valid Real Estate License
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Preferably, prior sales experience
    • Proficient with technology
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Compensation: $100,000+
